Mohave
Educational Services Cooperative was established
in 1971 as a school service agency. On January 1,
2005,
the cooperative’s name was changed to Mohave
Educational Services Cooperative, Inc., and the organization
became a state nonprofit corporation administering
public procurement services pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-952
and A.R.S. § 41-2632. Mohave administers statewide
public procurement contracts for quality products
and services and makes them available for use by
its members.
Membership is open to Arizona public schools, local
governments and other non-profit organizations through
cooperative purchasing agreements. Mohave
Educational Services Cooperative, Inc., is governed
under Title 10 of
the Arizona Revised Statutes.
