SPECIAL TRAINING SESSIONS HOSTED BY ALLIANCE FOR CONSTRUCTION EXCELLENCE (ACE)
General Contractors, Subcontractors, Owners, Architects, Engineers, Attorneys, Vendors and anyone involved in APDM construction projects. The Alliance for Construction Excellence (ACE) will be hosting several special lunch sessions to explore the 2010 Alternative Project Delivery Method (APDM). Hank Traeger, who has authored the majority of the APDM legislation for Arizona, will lead the participants through the changes and new requirements of the SB 1406.

Updated information on RWC International, Ltd. purchase of McCandless of Arizona (08E-ABC-924): New purchase orders using the 08E-ABC-0924 bus contract should list McCandless of Arizona up until 6/30/10. The extended deadline will allow additional time for paperwork and purchase orders to be processed. After that date, members need to list the vendor as RWC International Ltd. Quotes and invoices will list the new name and logo. Some members may need to set RWC International, Ltd., up as a vendor in their financial system.
