NOTE: This contract is written to accommodate our members’ needs for E-rate compliant pricing. To comply with USAC procedures, the administration fee that the members pay to use Mohave contracts is not added into the pricing and will be invoiced separate. The member will issue two purchase orders for services and equipment. One purchase order will be issued to the GMI in the amount that the member will pay to the contract vendor, depending on BEAR or SPI payment method. A second purchase order will be issued to Mohave for the one-percent (1%) administrative fee of the total cost of the goods and services.
