Mohave’s Job Order Contracting (JOC) HVAC contracts include preventative maintenance, scheduled service, and call-out repairs for both air conditioning and heating systems.
Wondering if preventative and repair services can be part of a JOC procurement?
Absolutely! These services are considered ancillary and are fully covered under our contracts. They’re priced using hourly labor rates and an approved price book for materials. Great for both newly installed systems and existing ones, these essential services help keep your facilities running smoothly, especially when temperatures rise.
