Members and Vendors: Share Your Thoughts!

by Administrative Team

At Mohave, we’re proud to support Arizona communities by providing value driven cooperative contracts and responsive support services. To ensure we continue meeting your needs and expectations, we invite you to share your feedback through our annual Member and Vendor Satisfaction Surveys.

Please keep an eye out for an upcoming email with a link to the survey. Your input helps us understand what’s working well and where there may be opportunities to improve. Whether it’s a suggestion, a compliment, or constructive feedback, your perspective plays an important role in shaping our work.

Thank you for choosing Mohave as the bridge connecting members and vendors with compliant, competitive contracts. We are honored to serve our Arizona communities and appreciate your continued partnership.

Upcoming Change to How Members Access Contract Documents

by Information Systems Team

We are preparing to make an important change to how members access contract documentation and pricing at mesc.org.

What’s Changing

Currently, Mohave member organizations access contract documents using shared organizational accounts. We will be moving to individual user accounts for each person who needs access.

This change will improve:

  • Account security
  • Access tracking and accountability
  • Ease of managing user access within organizations

When This Will Happen

This change is expected to occur within the next couple of months. We will send additional communications in advance once a specific launch date is confirmed.

What Members Will Need to Do

When the new system goes live:

  • Each user will need to register for their own individual account
  • Shared organization logins will no longer be supported and will no longer work
  • Account registration will be available directly on our website

We will provide step-by-step instructions to guide you through the registration process.

What This Means for Your Organization

  • Multiple users from the same organization will still be able to access contract documents
  • Each user will log in with their own credentials
  • By having their own accounts, users will find it easier to access contract documentation

There will no longer be a need to request access via email.

Stay Informed

Please watch for upcoming emails and website announcements with:

  • The confirmed launch date
  • Registration instructions

Mohave Visits Global Roofing Group

by Compliance Team

Our team recently visited Global Roofing Group for an on-site tour and training, giving us time to connect in person and learn more about their operations and team. These visits help align expectations, strengthen relationships, and support long-term success for both vendors and members.

(Click to enlarge) During the visit, we toured the facility, learned more about their operations, and held training discussions focused on contract use, compliance, and best practices. Global Roofing is actively building their K–12 sector program, and it was exciting to hear about their commitment to serving schools and public agencies across Arizona. We look forward to supporting them as they continue to grow in this space.
