Arizona public school districts, cities, counties, community colleges, universities, and qualifying non-profit organizations are invited to join Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc.

DOWNLOAD AGREEMENT

Check the Member List to see if your organization is already a member. If your organization is not a member, download and print a copy of the Cooperative Purchase Agreement (Rev. 8/28/10).

If you are unable to download a copy of the agreement, please let us know, and we will fax or mail you a copy.

SUBMIT AGREEMENT FOR ACCEPTANCE

Complete, sign, and mail the Cooperative Purchase Agreement to Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc., 211 N 7th St, Kingman, AZ 86401Agreement with original signatures is required for our files.

Once the agreement is signed by Mohave’s representative, you will receive a membership packet containing a letter of acceptance, a copy of the agreement for your records, and other informative literature.

Suggest a Contract

Please suggest a contract that you believe would be a valuable addition to all Mohave members. Keep in mind that we focus on contracts suitable for cooperative purchasing, which involve ongoing or large-scale procurement needs. We do not offer contracts for single, one-time purchases.
