Arizona public school districts, cities, counties, community colleges, universities, and qualifying nonprofit organizations are invited to join Arizona School Partners In Nutrition (ASPIN).

Check the Member List to see if your organization is already a member. If your organization is not a member, download and print a copy of the ASPIN Addendum to Cooperative Purchase Agreement.

SUBMIT AGREEMENT FOR ACCEPTANCE

Complete, sign, and mail the ASPIN Addendum to Cooperative Purchase Agreement to ASPIN/Mohave at 4750 N. Oracle Rd. #116, Tucson, AZ 85705. An addendum with original signatures is required for our files.

Once the agreement is signed by Mohave’s representative, you will receive a membership packet containing a letter of acceptance, a copy of the agreement for your records, and other informative literature.
