MARKETING MANAGER

This position is responsible for overseeing all functions within the Marketing department. This role involves leading a team in creating marketing-driven campaigns, events, and communication strategies to effectively engage targeted stakeholders, increase brand awareness, and build partnerships. The manager will foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented environment, and be capable of both managing the team and playing an active role in the day-to-day operations. This position requires a marketing professional with a strong understanding of community engagement to enhance the organization’s visibility and outreach efforts, along with a proven track record of success.

Mohave is offering the qualified candidate a full-time exempt position with a competitive annual salary ranging from $83,000 to $91,300 (depending on experience), plus a generous benefits package which includes participation in the Arizona State Retirement System.

While the business office is located in Kingman, we will consider a remote worker that resides in the state of Arizona.
