Upcoming Changes to Mohave’s Due Diligence Questionnaires
by Contracts Team
Mohave is updating our due diligence questionnaires, and we want to keep you in the loop. Here’s what you need to know:
- Name Change: The documents will now be called “Due Diligence Compliance Questionnaire.” The file will still be located in the same folder in our Due Diligence packages.
- New References: We’ve added references to the Arizona Auditor General’s USFR Compliance Questionnaire Procurement section. This ensures alignment with their language and requirements. Each year, Mohave reviews this questionnaire to ensure our Due Diligence Compliance Questionnaire remains up-to-date.
- Update Timeline: The transition to the updated Due Diligence Compliance Questionnaire will occur at the time of Contract Renewal for each existing contract.
Please contact Mohave at 928-753-6945 or email contracts@mesc.org, if you have any questions.

Strengthening Partnerships – Mohave’s Visit to Canyon State Bus Sales
by Procurement and Compliance Team
Recently, Mohave staff had the pleasure of visiting one of our contract vendors, Canyon State Bus Sales (CSBS), at their facility in Glendale, Arizona. During our visit, the Canyon State team provided a tour of their warehouse and service shop, giving us an up-close look at their operations. As a highlight, we had the opportunity to sit inside a new bus —bringing back fond memories of our school days!
This visit not only offered a behind-the-scenes view of Canyon State’s operations but also gave Mohave staff time to connect with their dedicated and skilled team. Canyon State continues to set the bar high in Arizona, delivering exceptional customer service that stands out in today’s marketplace.
As part of our visit, Mohave presented an overview of how we manage contracts from award to expiration. This presentation fostered productive discussions between both teams, addressing questions and reinforcing our shared commitment to seamless operations in support of Arizona agencies.
We are grateful for our partnership with Canyon State and are excited to continue our work together.
If you are a Mohave vendor and would like to host a visit with our team, please reach out to Erin Gordon at erin@mesc.org or 928-718-3216.
