Operations & Support Specialist

As Operations & Support Specialist, I do a little bit of everything at Mohave. I provide support for all the departments, from answering the phone and filing, to preliminary processing of reports and checks to maintaining and updating the online contract documentation. Twice a year, I conduct the member contact update to make sure our contacts are accurate. The variety keeps my job interesting and is one of the things I like best about it.

I grew up in Kingman having moved here on my 3rd birthday. Aside from a 3 year stint in Tucson, I’ve lived here most of my life. I really enjoy working at Mohave. It’s a very friendly and welcoming place to work.

I have two furry children of the feline persuasion named Theodora and Pùca. I enjoy reading many different genres of fiction as long as the story has a sense of humor. I like to watch home improvement stuff, the History channel, and some sci-fi. I also have a rather odd but diverse collection of music, ranging from obscure ethnic and new age to loud industrial and electronic, with the odd bits of cheesy pop thrown in here and there.
