Arizona public school districts, cities, counties, community colleges, universities, political subdivisions, and qualifying non-profit organizations are invited to join Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc.

Check the Member List to see if your organization is already a member. If your organization is not a member, download and print a copy the Cooperative Purchase Agreement.

If you are unable to download a copy of the agreement, please let us know, and we will fax or mail you a copy.

SUBMIT AGREEMENT FOR ACCEPTANCE
Complete, sign, and mail the the Cooperative Purchase Agreement to Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc., 625 E. Beale St., Kingman, AZ 86401. Agreement with original signatures is required for our files.

Once the agreement is signed by Mohave’s representative, you will receive an email containing, a copy of the agreement for your records.
