MOHAVE MEMBER SIGN UP

Arizona public school districts, cities, counties, community colleges, universities, and qualifying non-profit organizations are invited to join Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc.

DOWNLOAD AGREEMENT

Check the Member List to see if your organization is already a member. If it is not, download and fill out the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement.

If you are unable to download a copy of the agreement, please let us know, and we will fax or mail you a copy.

SUBMIT AGREEMENT FOR ACCEPTANCE

Complete, and sign the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement and email it to . Alternatively, you can mail it to Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc., 211 N 7th St, Kingman, AZ 86401.

Once the agreement is signed by Mohave’s representative, you will receive a membership packet containing a letter of acceptance, a copy of the agreement for your records, and other informative literature.
