Simple. Transparent. 1%
by Compliance Team
We want to take a moment to highlight an important part of how Mohave operates: our administration fee. It has remained at 1% since our very first contract and supports the work we do to provide compliant, competitive contracts. We act as the bridge between members and vendors, ensuring everyone has what they need to move purchases forward efficiently. When you use our contracts, we effectively become an extension of your purchasing team.
The value Mohave provides with 1%

Contract Modification Update: Onsite Vendor Safety Responsibilities
by Contracts Team
Mohave has issued a contract modification updating the term and condition for contract vendors performing onsite services under their awarded contracts. This modified term can be found under the Special Terms and Conditions: Onsite Contract Vendor Responsibilities.
This update strengthens safety and compliance requirements to address identified risks and to ensure all onsite activities are performed in a manner that protects personnel, property, and operations.
Under the revised terms, contract vendors must coordinate with members in advance to understand and comply with site-specific safety and security procedures, including identification requirements and emergency response protocols.
Mohave values our partnerships with members and vendors in maintaining a safe working environment for all. If you have any questions about this contract modification, please reach out to us at contracts@mesc.org or call us at 928-753-6945.

Our Visit to Elontec
by Compliance Team
Our team recently visited Elontec at their facility. Elontec provides commercial furniture, furniture relocation, technology, and storage services through their Mohave contract. Site visits like this help us maintain relationships with our contract vendors and ensure they understand the contracts they hold with Mohave. During the visit, we collaborated with their team to clarify contract requirements and discuss how we can better support their team. Meeting vendors’ staff in person allowed both sides to align on responsibilities and improve communication.
The visit also offered valuable insight into Elontec’s operations, highlighting their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering high-quality products and services to our members.
Site visits like this are a key part of Mohave’s work to keep communication clear. They ensure our members receive consistent, reliable service, and vendors receive the support they need.
