Also, under Toshiba’s “Quality Commitment Guarantee,” if a member's copier, printer or its accessories do not operate within product specifications, and if the equipment cannot be repaired to perform within product specifications, we will replace the member’s copier, printer or accessory at no charge with a model of equal or better features and specifications. The term of the Quality Commitment Guarantee for purchased equipment is three years from equipment installation date or maximum number of copies as stated in the product specifications, whichever occurs first.
