HACI Services LLC provides:

UPB Div. 1 sections before 54, Temporary Construction, are excluded from the contract, except as specified below.
The following UPB Division 1 items are allowed, when the specified work is required or authorized by the member:
- 01 21 53.50-0010 through 1750
- 01 45 23.50-0010 through 9000
- 01 51 13.80-0010 through 0700
- Leasing and guaranteed energy cost savings performance contracting services under A.R.S. 15-213.
HACI Service, LLC was formed as an independent company in 2004 and operates as the Service and Special Projects Division of HACI Mechanical Contractors, Inc. HACI Mechanical Contractors was established in 1972 and over the past thirty years has focused on design-build/design assist construction projects.
HACI Service is a diverse organization that specializes in Equipment Retrofit & Replacement, Emergency Repair, Remodel, Tenant Improvement, Routine Maintenance, Warranty and Post Warranty Service for our clients. We offer Design-Build/Design-Assists Construction Services and Facility/System Surveys and Engineered Solutions. HACI Service holds a General Contractors license and we have extensive experience in providing prime contracting services for our clients.
HACI Service maintains over 600 facilities throughout the entire state of Arizona. Our Service technicians are all certified, trained, FBI background checked with finger print cards and can trouble shoot and work on all manufacturers equipment including but not limited to chillers, boilers, cooling towers, fluid coolers, pumps, variable frequency drives, air conditioners, coolers, exhaust systems, fan coils, water source heat pumps and packaged heat pumps.

- Due Diligence Tutorial: A step-by-step guide to assist in performing due diligence reviews of Mohave contracts.
