Diversified Flooring Services is excited to offer our extensive line of products and installation services on the Mohave Contract for the first time. Diversified Flooring Services was established in 2005 and since that time has been providing product and installation services to various State of Arizona Facilities, Cities, Counties and School Districts statewide.
Diversified Flooring Services has a wide range of products and installation services that we offer on the Mohave Contract. Manufacturers such as Armstrong®, Collins & Aikman/Tandus, DalTile™, Interface®, Johnsonite®, Mannington®, Milliken®, Mohawk®, Roppe and Shaw Floors contract to name just a few. Our installation services include carpet, ceramic tile, various resilient and rubber flooring products in addition to polished concrete, epoxy flooring, terrazzo flooring and all type of flooring maintenance.
The owners of Diversified Flooring Services are actively involved in your floor covering projects from sales consultation through the installation of your flooring. This active involvement allows us to make any adjustment to your project to ensure your complete satisfaction without multiple layers of project management. In other words, you have a direct line to the owners of the company.

- Award, Extensions and Amendments: Copies of the evaluation and award documents, contract extensions and contract amendments, if applicable.
- Pricing Summary: Document indicating where to access pricing for the contract. Also includes additional pricing comparison document used during the evaluation process.
- Due Diligence Tutorial: A step-by-step guide to assist in performing due diligence reviews of Mohave contracts.
