BWS Architects consists of a highly trained professional staff of 21, which includes nine registered architects. The firm is led by principals Robin Shambach, Frank Slingerland, and Susan Gray, who carefully select projects so that they can stay fully engaged in key roles from start to finish. Our three senior project architects each have over 20 years of professional experience in Arizona and serve as associates in the firm. Arthur Stables, who has been with BWS for 28 years, is the firm's specification writer, cost estimator and sustainability coordinator. Our staff also includes seasoned project architects, dedicated construction administrators, and enthusiastic graduate professionals all committed to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

- Award, Extensions and Amendments: Copies of the evaluation and award documents, contract extensions and contract amendments, if applicable.
- Pricing Summary: Document indicating where to access pricing for the contract. Also includes additional pricing comparison document used during the evaluation process.
- Due Diligence Tutorial: A step-by-step guide to assist in performing due diligence reviews of Mohave contracts.
