Director of ASPIN

I am both grateful and humbled to serve as the Director of the Mohave ASPIN team where my priority is to provide support and quality service to the members of ASPIN. I have over 20 years of experience as a leader in Food Service. I was privileged to serve as a Child Nutrition Director for a decade. I am an Alabama native and after high school, I moved to Montana and graduated from the University of Montana. I now hold credentials as a Dietetic Technician Registered, Certified Dietary Manager, School Nutrition Specialist, and Certified Food Safety Professional.

My experience as a school district Director and member of the ASPIN Executive Committee allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of food markets and procurement. I am a firm believer in continued learning. I am currently working towards my master’s in business leadership. I also participate as a member of the School Nutrition Association, Arizona Association of School Business Officials, and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

My time away from work is spent with family. I love any activities that involve being with my husband, daughter, and son, especially exploring Arizona outdoors.
