Design Modulars Inc. has been in the modular commercial building industry for 30 years. We specialize in a hands-on design build, taking pride in finding the right product and project approach for each customer. From traditional modular classroom space to brand new modular site-built custom construction. We can find the right approach with a range of products to meet all customer’s needs, standards, and budgets. With the combination of resources and our experienced team, we can handle the complexities of delivering on a complete range of projects.

DMI is a full-service modular dealer and general contractor. Taking projects from conception to final occupancy sets us apart. Coordination and thoughtful methods in our project design are always in the forefront. Specifically, the coordination between site infrastructure and the modular building. Aligning these two parallel paths to coordinate in timing and design are often the key to a successful cost-effective modular project.

Understanding that staying within the confinements of the budgetary allowance is of great concern, we always take the time to consider areas where we can introduce value engineering that will provide cost savings without impacting the integrity of the building or layout.
